Dad, Tommy, died of heart failure after becoming sick whilst waiting for a heart operation which was due two weeks after he died. He died in Good Hope Hospital. His nurse told me over the phone he had been having a laugh wit them just before and that Dad was a wonderful patient - the best patient the nurse had ever nursed.
